Terms & Conditions

1. Prices
Tourist Designs reserves the right to alter its prices without prior notice.

2. Delivery
Tourist Designs will try to meet any agreed delivery dates and will endeavour to contact customers if production falls behind schedule. Damaged, faulty or missing goods must be reported in writing by email at angus@touristdesigns.com.au within 5 days of receipt, otherwise Tourist Designs cannot accept liability. If Tourist Designs is unable to deliver your order in its entirety, then it reserves the right to make a part-delivery unless instructed otherwise.

3. Returns and Cancellations
Written authorisation must be received from Tourist Designs before goods can be returned. If goods are returned to it without authorisation they will be rejected and Tourist Designs will not accept liability for shipping costs in instances of this kind.

4. Title and Risk
Upon delivery to the customer, risk in the goods will pass to them. All goods remain the property of Tourist Designs until all monies owed for those goods are paid in full.

5. Payment
The terms for credit accounts are 30 days net. Unpaid invoices over 30 days will be subject to a 4% interest charge, calculated daily until cleared payment is received.
